Local Pickup

If you have opted for local pickup, your order will be ready for collection within 1 business day. Our regular opening hours are:

Thursdays/Fridays: 7pm to 10pm
Weekends/Public Holidays: 2pm to 9pm

Shipping Within Singapore

Tracked SmartPac

All singles and accessories orders will be shipped locally using tracked SmartPac, which is a tracked letterbox delivery service offered by SingPost. Orders sent via this shipping method are generally delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped out.

You may track the delivery status of your order using the tracking number which will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out. 

Speedpost Standard

All sealed product orders will be shipped locally using Speedpost Standard, which is a courier delivery service offered by SingPost. Orders sent via this shipping method are generally delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped out.

Overseas Shipping (Malaysia)

All orders to Malaysia will be shipped via Qxpress, a regional courier service. Orders sent via this shipping method are generally delivered within 7-14 days after being shipped out. However, please note that delays may arise due to customs clearances. While we do our best to reduce the likelihood of your package being held at customs, we are unfortunately unable to make any guarantees with regard to delivery times.
